И тоже — абсолютно спокойно. Он даже извинится. Нет, он не ненавидит тебя. Ты ему, в принципе, нравишься. Ты — неплохой человек. Просто вот так всё сложилось и симпатии тебя не спасут.
С другой стороны, спасибо правдорубчику нашему Коулу, точно известно, что Бык чувствует. И, пожалуй, Чарджеры были и останутся самым его слабым местом. Без них вся жизнь действительно превращается в иллюзию, в Кун описанную. А когда выбор сделан и остаются только Чарджеры — ну что ж, тогда вот так теперь выглядит его мир. И он не такой уж плохой, можно привыкнуть.
Мог ли быть весь квест на лояльность Железного Быка притворством со стороны кунари, а дредноут — подставным? И всё ради того, чтобы достаточно плотно укоренить шпиона во вражеских рядах? Ну, ладно, это ещё как-то на глобус натягивается, а вот то, что Бык убивает кучу кунари, отказывает Видасаале, а потом снова убивает кучу кунари — и всё потому, что ГЛУБЖЕ НАДО НАДО ГЛУБЖЕРЕПКУ АГЕНТА САЖАТЬ — уже кажется не изощренной многоходовочкой, а какой-то сумасшедшей тратой ресурсов, которая ещё может и не окупиться. Проще было эльфа протолкнуть, чем Быка. В общем не, я верю в то, что Железный Бык и его Чарджеры с нами

Потом, когда более-менее работоспособный метод был изобретен, Сибил ушла совершенствовать его, прыгая по крышам с Сэрой, пока Бык отправился наемничать с Чарджерами. Они, конечно же, встречаются. И Бык видит, что Сибил снова зубоскалит, периодически отмачивает что-то вроде "Эй, мне нужны лишние руки!" или "Да я тебя одной правой!", и вновь держит спину ровно — не потому, что приходится, а потому, что снова чувствует себя собой. И думает он, что это хорошо. Просто замечательно.

China is sending two giant pandas to the San Diego Zoo – the first time it has granted new panda loans to the United States in two decades.
A spokesperson for the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance confirmed to CNN Wednesday that the zoo would be receiving the two pandas, saying there was no official timeline for their arrival, but they are “optimistic we will get pandas in the not-so-distant future.”
The news comes just months after Chinese leader Xi Jinping suggested China could send new pandas to the US, specifically to the San Diego Zoo, as “envoys of friendship between the Chinese and American peoples.”

“We are ready to continue our cooperation with the United States on panda conservation, and do our best to meet the wishes of the Californians so as to deepen the friendly ties between our two peoples,” Xi said in November.
His comments came shortly after the Smithsonian National Zoo in Washington, DC sent its three pandas back to China – marking the end of more than 50 years of Chinese pandas being housed at the zoo. The National Zoo was the first US zoo to showcase pandas, and the end of its program had left Zoo Atlanta as the only other US zoo to feature pandas.

The Odysseus spacecraft has dispatched new images it captured of the lunar surface during the lander’s harrowing approach to the moon. The vehicle softly touched down on the moon on Thursday, becoming the first US-made lander to do so since the Apollo era.
The grainy images were shared by Intuitive Machines, the company that developed Odysseus, on Monday morning. The company had initially projected that the lander could deliver the first images captured from the lunar surface in the hours after landing, but communicating with the spacecraft has proven challenging.

The mission team believes Odysseus tripped on the lunar soil and landed on its side, resting on a rock, which may have left some of the vehicle’s antennas pointed in an inopportune direction, Intuitive Machines revealed Friday.
In its update Monday, the company also said it now expects to lose contact with Odysseus on Tuesday — days earlier than initially hoped.
“Flight controllers intend to collect data until the lander’s solar panels are no longer exposed to light,” the company said in the update posted on the social media platform X. “Based on Earth and Moon positioning, we believe flight controllers will continue to communicate with Odysseus until Tuesday morning.”
At that point, Odysseus will have been operating less than five days on the lunar surface. The company had suggested in previous updates that the lander could function for up to nine days.
